What do appointment statuses mean (Pending, Confirmed, Completed, Cancelled)?

Each appointment in DakikQ has a status. Open Appointment calendar from the left menu. Use the status filter at the top: Open appointments, Pending, Confirmed, Completed, Cancelled.

Pending: The booking exists; customer-created requests may still need merchant confirmation depending on settings.

Confirmed: The booking is treated as firm; merchant-created bookings may start confirmed depending on flow. Customer bookings move faster when auto-approve is on.

Completed: The visit is finished or closed; counted in completed stats on Reports.

Cancelled: The booking was cancelled; counted in cancelled stats.

The same filter applies in both table (weekly) and list views. A restrictive filter can make the list look empty.
