How do WhatsApp and email notifications work?

Notification preferences are stored per shop on the Business settings page. Toggle WhatsApp and email options there. Some verticals also show a dedicated business WhatsApp phone field for customer contact.

Save, then run a test booking to confirm delivery. Ask DakikQ support or operations for template wording, send timing, and billing rules.
