What is auto-approve and where is it managed?

Auto-approve helps online bookings from customers skip an extra manual approval step at the shop. When it is off, you may see more pending appointments.

Change it under Business settings in the left menu, toggle auto-approve to match your policy, then save.

Turn it off if you need manual control in busy periods; turn it on for a faster customer path. Run a test booking after changes.
